Nicht nur, dass mehr und mehr Menschen vegetarisch oder sogar vegan leben (wollen) und es hierzulande dazu nicht sooo viele attraktive gastronomische Angebote gibt. Es macht vor allem einfach Spass, gleichermassen schmackhafte, frische, kreative Gerichte mit dem gewissen Extra zu zaubern, die ohne die üblichen Hauptdarsteller auf dem Teller auskommen. However, our Vegetarian Friday is a remarkable exception to the norm. It is not only that more and more people are curious about, or have already decided, to eat vegetarian, or even vegan. But we recognized that people have always had to search for the very rare opportunity to find attractive vegetarian offerings in Andalusia. Here Chef acknowledges the need to present fresh seasonable vegetables in an innovative, and ‘succulent’ way, to please both the already vegetarian, and the normally meat eater!
