However, our Vegetarian Friday is a remarkable exception to the norm. It is not only that more and more people are curious about, or have already decided, to eat vegetarian, or even vegan. But we recognized that people have always had to search for the very rare opportunity to find attractive vegetarian offerings in Andalusia. Here Chef acknowledges the need to present fresh seasonable vegetables in an innovative, and ‘succulent’ way, to please both the already vegetarian, and the normally meat eater!
